Baohong operates more than 180 precision injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 1080 tons in four plants in a consistent mode of improvement and innovation. The four plants are located in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhaoqing.
Our molding facilities are equipped with high precision 1-shot and 2-shot molding machines from TOSHIBA, FANUC, HAITIAN, JSW and SUMITOMO. All our molding machines are installed with robots for employee safety, efficient production and cost reduction.
We’re well equipped to provide molding services for high precision, complex structural parts as well as cosmetic plastic parts. At Baohong, we impress our clients with superb color checks/matching, fit, form and function inspections and rigid quality standards. We have a in-house plastic and mold laboratory.
We have rich tooling and molding experience for a wide range of products, including, but not limited to tablet PC, smart stereo, routers, air-conditioning, automotive interior and exterior parts as well as recreational machines.
